Azad after being in business for the last 84 years was turning into a corporate house with 10 distinct verticals. The transformation took place with a new logo and a new brand identity after formulating a new strategy for the transition. The new Azad Corporate Identity is named as ‘The Star Flower’ with an in-depth meaning of connecting the joy-filled trio – beauty, unity and celebration. The new Azad corporate strategic thought is to ‘Celebrate the Beauty of Unity’. The vernacular media in the most literate state in India celebrated this transformation of the oldest business in the capital of Kerala.

The oldest business from the capital of the southern-most state of India transforms into a Corporate House with a new strategic corporate identity.

 

Azad, an 84-year-old business and the oldest existing business from the capital of Kerala transforms into a Corporate House with multiple verticals by launching a new strategic corporate identity. The name of the new corporate house is Azad Legacy Corporate House.

 

The new strategic corporate identity of the new Azad Legacy Corporate House was unveiled by Corporate Chairman Abdul Nazar Azad and Corporate Managing Director Nazeera Nazar along with Managing Directors of multiple verticals, Mahin Azad, Wazim Azad and Ozman Azad.

 

The new Azad Corporate Identity is named as ‘The Star Flower’ with an in-depth meaning of connecting the joy-filled trio – beauty, unity and celebration. The new Azad corporate strategic thought is to ‘Celebrate The Beauty of Unity’. It is the clarion call to ‘Celebrate The Beauty of Unity’ all across the globe to strengthen the bond of the humanitarian value systems among humanity. 

 

The complete Azad Corporate strategy project was handled by the 25-year-old Asian Business Strategy Specialists – The Breakthrough Group. The strategy for the new corporate thinking was formulated by &Matthai Strategy Consulting and Strategic Corporate Identity was designed by BiblioBuddha Strategic Design Company.

The current ten verticals of the corporate house include a Heritage Hotels chain, a Premium Restaurant chain, a Quick Service Restaurant chain, a Street Food chain, a Bakery & Confectionary chain, a Package Food Company, a Lifestyle Infrastructure company, a Celebration & Party company and the Travancore Traditional Cuisine Celebration Venture.
